Graham Keeble MSc AssocRICS MICWCI
Principal Trainer
Graham is a highly experienced construction professional with over 35years in the industry, specialising in managing quality to the highest standards while ensuring full compliance with regulations. He combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for educating, mentoring, and empowering others in the construction and surveying sectors.
Graham holds an MSc in Conservation of the Historic Environment from Henley Business School of Real Estate and Planning. He is a RICS-qualified surveyor, an ITC Level 1 Qualified Thermographer, and served as Chairman of the Devon and Cornwall branch of the ICWCI for 2 years being a Full member since 2018(Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate).
For the past seven years, Graham has been writing and delivering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions, covering a wide range of subjects related to building quality, compliance, regulations, and procedures. His expertise has made him a sought-after presenter for professional organisations, academic institutions, and surveying students.
Graham is a strong advocate of lifelong learning and continuous professional development. His commitment to education is further demonstrated by his achievement of an L3 teaching qualification in 2019, enabling him to deliver high-quality training. He has lectured on thermal imaging in historic buildings and delivered presentations to professionals and students at institutions including the CIOB and Dublin Technological University.
With a proven track record of leading multi-million-pound projects and inspiring teams, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering dedication to helping others achieve excellence in the construction industry.
Stephen Baldwin IICRC. ASD. BDMA Tech. Tech.DEW
Trainer
Stephen's qualifications include BDMA Technician certification, Applied Structural Drying (National Flood School), and IICRC accreditations in both Fire and Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration. His extensive knowledge of health and safety is supported by training in Principles of COSHH, Asbestos Non-Licensed Removal, and Sample Collection.
In addition to his technical skills, Stephen has developed strong leadership and interpersonal abilities through certifications in Personal Effectiveness and Leading Teams, enabling him to manage and inspire teams effectively.
Stephen also has practical experience with equipment operation, having previously held certifications in Forklift Truck-Counterbalance, PASMA, and IPAF.
With specialised training in mould and mildew remediation, Stephen has built a reputation for tackling complex restoration projects with precision and professionalism. His commitment to quality and safety, backed by decades of industry experience, ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard.
